The concept of virtual HRM and its related ideas, such as the digitization of Human Resource Management and the virtual transformation of HRM, among many others, are becoming more prevalent in the business world. The widespread use of employee-related software, which enables HR to provide social networks and a mobile solution, is a major cause of HRM's decline in the digital age. With the use of IT, HRM will be operated through mobile devices, digital platforms, and online social networks (statistics generation). Human resource (HR) upgrades are necessary to offer excellent outcomes and meet the challenges of a competitive industry. This research report is an attempt to identify Digital HRM as a means to boost corporate performance generally. Although secondary data were utilised, the study' conclusions will be useful for businesses seeking to implement DHRM and boost their organisations' overall performance.
